I’m writing this to all my Urban Terror brothers and sisters. We have all been playing this game for a very long time and from time to time we have dealt with ass@#$’s on the servers. Those of us lucky enough to be admin’s usually get great satisfaction kicking these bastages off the server. But because we all like to visit different servers (or these days find populated ones) we have been there at one time or another when someone starts fu$%#ing with people and/or an entire team. They TK or call votes to kick and/or change maps constantly. The worst of them change their names to match someone else’s on the server and begin to TK so that others will put up a vote to get you kicked or even banned in some instances.

I have 3 of the most notorious offenders listed below. This is only a sampling of the servers they haunt. But as you will see they have been up to this for a very long time. They have used our names even when we haven’t been on the server. Most of us are not kids anymore and we play this game because we enjoy it. We have jobs and families that take up a lot of our time. So when we finally get a chance to jump on and play we want to enjoy ourselves and not deal with these ass@#$’s.

So I write this note asking that we band together to do what we can to put the word out to all who run Urban Terror servers so they can add these GUID’s to their “BAN� lists so we may enjoy what little time we have left for playing this fine game. This is the ultimate pay back! Please ban them from your servers and pass the word. I will be posting this in our forum as well as most of the Urban Terror forums still in use and if they don’t have forums I will be emailing the leaders of their clans directly.

Not again!!

I don't have the time to do the legwork, but if someone will take some time to request the actual connection ips from the various server admins I'd be happy to....um....perform some special magic and make certain they don't bother us again. (Server admins should be able to decuce the full ip from the first three octets along with the date/time)

I'm guessing that since the UrT community is relatively small that there aren't any other guids that connect from the 24.18.79.* subnet...so we could just do a hosts.deny entry for that whole subnet which should get rid of that fucker (be8fcd1f) in short order seeing as how his ip (or at least subnet) has not changed for over a year and a half...He wouldn't even be able to see the server.

Pmac, I added another of my $.02 there. It seems that some of them just don't get the intent behind your post......... You're not asking for an STA ban, just for others to make a decision on their own server. DUDE! Read between the lines peeps.......
