The lag normally hits me between 6-10am. My ping will go from the usual 50 to somewhere around 75-100 and its very unstable. In the evening my ping stays down around 50 but the top of my netgraph will get tiny yellow triangles. Not big enough to go CI. It's nothing bad, the thing that is the killer is half of the other players are getting bad warp, and just skip across the screen

Same here. I consistently get about 50ms, but there are periods of fluctuations where the ping reaches about a 100 or so. I experience the same things that banme said about the yellow triangles.

Here you go bro., I get connection problems no matter what time a day it is. During game play lately is been worse than ever with conneciton interupt happening about every 10 minutes or so. The server seems very choppy and players are much harder to hit.

For me, playing from Jersey City, it's almost always choppy. It naturally gets worse when the server is full and often unplayable lately between 7:00 PM and 10PM EST. Traceroute's from just now don't really tell much. Not sure if reaching a different DNS host subdomain name sometimes (hosted.gamecp.com vs. games.gamecp.com) means anything....
