Server maplist updated

As asked by FS in the UrbanTerror forums, I have removed a few maps that were illegally redone and redistributed without the original authors consent.
The list of these maps is
-ut4_dicks
-ut4_dville
-ut4_eagle
-ut4_ricochet
-ut4_subway
-ut4_swim

I Have always respected FS and never wanted these maps to begin with but some don't understand that.
I would rather stay in good standing with them and continue to receive the benefits of that than have a illegal map hosted on my server(s).
