I sometimes use Peerblock, and when it's on, I have issues with Discord, Steam, and the UrT auth server, among other things. If you're able to post on the forums, but are seemingly blocked from select other services, then I'd look into firewall type issues, both with your PC and with the router(s) it's connected to. You should have said something (here) like 5.9 months ago.
We've seen you try to connect to our servers. Your name pops up as connecting, then a few seconds later, disconnecting. You wouldn't show up at all if you were banned at an IP level, right?

Just because TCPdump is showing rejected packets doesn't mean it's our servers that are doing the rejecting. Any router along the line could be doing it. Edit: I'm willing to help track down the problem in any way I can. I have (non-root) ssh access to our main server, and rcon, and can probably do some basic diagnostics if you want. I know you had a bit of a falling out with Reflux, so if you don't trust what he's posted above, I'm willing to give a second opinion. You can even find my phone number in our members section and call/text me about it if you want, though I'm not a morning person.

Unsure if you will ever see this, but... I would suggest adding one or several us as friends on Discord. While not needed to send/receive a PM, it would make life easier in trying to resolve this.
Once that is established, it is simply a matter of getting you in voice chat on Discord (best path, IMO), but text could work decently enough
From there, eliminating obstacles should be (insert GIF of snap of fingers).
If Fokker can do it, I cannot see why it would be an issue for anyone else.
