I need your help please! (Map)
LadyHellfire*, Wed Aug 24 2016, 04:55PMI came up with an idea for a map awhile ago, and am finally getting more ideas for it. But, I need your help please!
I need pictures of YOU all! :) Just face, or better yet, whole body. Better still? Wear something goofy, and strike a funny pose, etc. I want to then trim the photos up as befits the map,and et voila! You are now a part of the map!
But, it does not end there!!! I also want sound clips please! No, not from movies, TV shows, etc... clips of YOU! They will be used for certain interactions in the map, and also, of course, when a player interacts with your picture.
Of course I will also need permission from each person who submits pics/clips.
The clips can be signature sayings you have (R has "Indeed!" for one... or, Yeti, "I hate this map" HAhHAha!), or it could be a sound effect you make (no foley from elsewhere please!), or a quick snippet of you playing guitar maybe.
As I work on the map and it becomes even barely playable, I will get with FSK folks and get feedback as the build continues. I thought it would be fun to have an FSK and Friends map, one that is not very serious, something different. The base idea? FSK405 Pinball. It is two pinball machine,s effectively, backed against each other, and then customized/rigged so that play occurs between the two machines. There will be secret areas, easter eggs, etc.
If there is little to no interest... I guess I will continue with other maps, HahAHa!

I laughed hard at Yeti's quote. Sounds like a fun idea. Didn't you - nikki, compiled a list or recordings or snippets from team speak? Or was that someone else. Not sure where that ended up but it was funny.

I promise I will NOT use any pics or audio of any person without the approval of that person(s).
I would love to keep each bit a secret until the first trial run. But, I am also thinking of trying to get Twitch going again, and then letting you all know when I get time to work on it, so you can watch it being built if you like. Unfortunately, not being in FSK any more, I am unable to load the map for testing as I progress, so it will be a bit hit or miss with testing this time around.
