Question regarding; ESN Sonar Host Application

I think this is a part of Battle log for some built in voice comm application. I tried googling it but all signs pointed towards the Cloud.

Should I be concerned about my mic being fed back to the cloud at all times?

Any idea where it is installed and can i shut it off?

It's like the man got in my computer and is listening an recording everything i say. I'm freaking out here!

From http://tinyurl.com/lnkjqap:
"...BF3 VoIP works only with your party and you make parties through battlelog. ENS Sonar got installed when you installed the Battlelog browser plugin.... It's part of the voice chat portion of BF3. In order for that to work through the game client it would have to be running in the background. Shouldn't be all that much but you can check your task manager and see how much in resources it needs to run. From all the threads I have seen the EA Battlelog needs for it to be there (it's registered as a BF3 plugin)."

Doesn't sounds like anything you should worry about.

As for uninstalling just that plugin, I could only find this (most reliable source):
https://help.ea.com/article/How-to-manually-uninstall-Battlefield-3 (search page for SONAR); not much info.
