Can't access battlefield 3

Guys, I haven't played bf3 for a while and when I went to join up Origin didn't have the game saved. I had to try and add a new game. It then asks me for my product code. I in put the code but it tells me it is already in use and won't register the game WTF!!! I F*&@#% hate EA!!! What do I do?
