BF3 update...

Since last patch, i'm out: I bought the russian special edition and it doesnt work with the "new russian patch"... I get : Error game data corrupted !
Even a new install didn't work... to have it in english. I can only play in russian but it's not pleasant . The fun is gone :/ I hope with the news maps it will be fixed... but...
I'm looking after a region free BF3 (with premium) cheap offer.

I saw the game for $12 on Gamespot the other day, I don't think it had the expansions though.

Hey, I also got a russian edition. Just log in from an english account, repair installation (origin ofc), log back into your account and have fun. you might have to edit the language in the config though if it's the first time.Karib

I succeded with every patch but not this time (I changed BF3 to a SSD disk) and I think I messed a few things up.
I have a crappy internet bandwitdh on day time (300KB/S) and I'm downloading the last patch since 6 hours !
+I'm working at home (e-commerce) and I'm very busy.
Sasquatch: I don't know if it's the premium edition and if yes I would be happy to buy it. I just need your paypal account. My oldest
son is 16 so if I get the russian version to work it will be for him.

there's no need to buy a new one, unless you want to give one to your son anyway.
Just ask sasquatch for the login stuff, or let him login via teamviewer, whatever, and repair installation from there.
it should only download the missing english language files which are around a few hundred megabytes I guess. if that's done you should be able to play bf3 in english like you used to do

I tried the french and english patch again after this last patch. (didnt work before the patch) So I guess they changed some thing
because 100% french patched works now ! I'm afraid to try english and mess up things again. I will leave it at French ! I'm very happy, CTF should be cool ! See you tonight and thanks all !
