this is what I use to switch to nade. I actually got this bind from 007.
bind 2 "ut_weaptoggle grenade; say_team I'm tossin' a NADE! at the $crosshair! "

Render time: 0.027 cpu sec (91.00% load, 0.013 startup). Clock: 0.03 sec (18% of that for queries)  Memory: 1.19MB/2.00MB
