The issue remains the same the names were not the same. Kinda of interesting that you selectively posted what was said and not the whole thread!

Where does it state that Creeper and Creeper|UM3 are the same?

The head admins of the server should decide this one.

I got it, but if the second creeper isn't upset enough to come on here and complain, the situation is settled for now. Kabong may have been a little harsh, but it's not like it was a permban.

Obviously, the guy was NOT going to drop it. Maybe he could have been warned to drop it or be kicked.
I don't think it does ANY good to voice your opinion during the game. I like to just let the admins admin. Leave them alone while they are trying to do their job. If you seriously have a problem with suspected admin abuse, then PM Sheila or I. No one's perfect, there's a lot of judgement calls that are made that maybe EVERYONE on the server doesn't agree with.
