Server downtime

Superman server is up and down like a yoyo last couple of days, is this known maintenance or problems?

sounds like it need the 3 rs restart, replace and relocate lol

i can connect after ~2 minutes waiting, but the network connection is crazy bad. lots of red spikes in the netgraph.
