So I played this morning after trying to get tech support in chat and on phone for about 8 hours last night. They didnt send me my key. Though I finally got it... I got very little respect or any real appology. essentially EA support sucks.

That being said here are my comments about the game.
1. Game launches from Origin and what appears to be windows browser. I hope they are not going down the steam model of only lauching from their game browser with the final release. That sucks.

2. The game play menus are more browser like. and more like the MOH menus. That sucks too.

3. you can still tag/mark your opponents for your team mates to see but it is much smaller. more like a little dot. If you like hard core anyway this wont bother you.

4. The Prown Bitches are already honning their craft... they are everywhere. no one wants to stand up and fight.

5. Graphic detail is great.

6. It did seam that gameplay was a bit jerky at times.

7. if you hit the wrong key it taks you to your windows desktop. that sucks. When i am in game the only key that should take me out from full screen is alt-enter

8 i think beta is only one map... as no matter how many time i joined it was part of the same map.

I will add more as I play more, Feel free to add to the list or dispute what I have posted.

btw... open beta starts tommorrow.. those that are interested should look out for when they start letting you download

this game sucks as beta... nothing works, fucking orgin shit, launch the game via a browser sucks. I hope to god the real game is not like this. very disipointed after all the hype

It worked great for me. I have a real steady fiber connectiong, so that may have a little to do with it. You should make sure to restart you're browser after you install the plug-ins. I don't think that this game will be played through the browser when it is finished. If that being the case then I will not buy the game. I do see it as a way of curbing the cheating if your config was loaded from another site.

So, I have played it for a few days now. And I am getting accustome to it and getting my promotions. Just like bc2 you get pretty much owned when you first start out because many people have advanced and have better gear. The game does offer some new gear that adds to the strategy of the game. Take the radio for example You can place it where you want on the map (you have to get there first of course) . and it will provide a mobile spawn point for the whole team just like spawning on your squad members. I have found this feature usefull in placing it behind the opponents front line and then back camping them (usually with a knife).

though the minimum requirment for the game are set low, to get the full experience you need a good internet connection along with at least the recommended video card and system.

Im liking the game, my fear is that the sentiment is not widely shared.

I like it but I won't really put an effort in to playing it until the official game launch. The key binding alone is an enough of an annoyance for me not to care enough about the game. So I figure the way EA works, it'll be sometime in January by the time I'll be able to enjoy the game... (I've been disappointed with EA for quite some time, yet I still manage to hand over my money to them)
People can trash Call of Duty all they want but from a production standpoint, Activision shines in comparison...
