I was there the night of his ip ban, I warned him. He was spamming as usual and it gets old muting him. I warned him that he was going to get ban'd by folker and he reply with, " Im so scared" and continued his spamming. Folker got the text logs and confirmed his spam and then ip ban'd him. I think he's been warned plenty of times before this banning, plus he should have learned his lesson from his previous history. I believe he has to make a personal appeal to FSK405|Folker to get this ban lifted.
