UT Freezes

Few seconds after i join an online game, urban terror freezes, and i cannot do anything except restart system.
the last message i see in the console is
"cvarlist truncated, use pb_cvarlist"
I lookedup online and found similar problem for someone else and i opene up ports 24349 and 24305 for pb, still no luck.
I can play this game at local lan, it works great, but when i try to go online it does not work.please help.
