Scrim Settings: (Settings per FSK405 Member Discussions) - FSK405 members have the right to ask minors to sit out. - Once players have been moved to the "Staging-LOCKED-" channel the eligible players are locked in. If teams are uneven FSK405 members have fist dibs. - Server Password is changed. - FSK405 members are allowed to Spectate if teams are even and a match is in progress. - Balanced Teams Required unless the captains choose otherwise. If there are an uneven number of available players the facilitator will ask for a volunteer to Substitute. If no player volunteers, the captains will select a player. Substitutes will be logged to insure no one is a consistent SUB. - SUB's can be a valued asset to a team being the eyes, ears, and voice of the team dont view it as a punishment. - All above settings can be modified per captains approval. First two rounds were fun. Last round.. After making an effort to make sure teams would provide a fun and even round (each time had different strengths, likely making for a very fun and interesting match IMO), it went all bugger side up, inside out, and then some. My heart was not in it by that time. Captain and facilitator functions are becoming more and more like jobs, and less and less a fascinating aspect of Scrim Sunday.

Give it up for the captains and facilitators! Not sure if there's a better way to help make their lives easier (and less job-like) - but please tell us if there is. More than happy to oblige.

1st 2 games were great fun and quite even. Sorry the 3rd game didn't work out as well.

Kity, Maybe the facilitator should be more like a referee at a coin toss, and not an equalizer, leave the equalizing to the captains drafting process. I have a suggestion that may help in the drafting process if you can pull me asside in next TS session.

Yes there are certain people that do not respect the efforts of FSK405 and Friends community.

  • If you say you are going to play, then be there and be ready to play. Everyone is sick and tired of waiting on you.

  • If you are not sure if you can make it through an entire round, then don't play.

  • When the facilitators ask, "Is there anyone that can not play the next round?", say no and remove yourself from the "Staging Area TS Channel".

  • If something happens/comes up and you have to leave, let someone know (preferably a facilitator)

The 3rd round was ridicules, we had 2 people AFK. These two people caused everyone 30 minutes of wait time. One person left without telling anyone right before we started. (10-15 minutes) One more left due to poor Ping and FPS, but at least this person got the message to the facilitators. (2 minutes) Too add salt to the wound, one of the persons that was AFK, showed-up in the middle of the round and wanted to come in. Are you Freakin' kidding me? Really!!
