Problem connecting to server

I have been trying to connect to your game server. Every time I try I get a message that states that my CD key is missing or invalid or some thing like that. I can not connect.
My codes are valid and paid for. I can connect to any other server I have tried. It just seems to happen on yours.
Any Ideas how to solve this?
I am just itchin to give you some 3006 SR8 lovins
