Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Help

I got Bad Company 2 through steam few days ago . I tryed to connect many times no luck. I updated punkbuster also. Running vista 64 bit with 2wire gateway modem . Used portforward.com setup ports . link - >http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/2wire/2701HG-S/Battlefield_Bad_Company_2.htm

I'll keep looking into it. I googled ["failed to connect to EA online" bad company 2]
Open command prompt:
type the following command and press enter:
netsh interface tcp set global ecncapability=disabled
That worked for someone else... actually, maybe wait until I know a little more about waht that means... i'll research it after scrim tonight.

I did some research and Win7 disables that by default. I can only imagine that Vista did not.
