key binds... no tab WTF??

great way to ruin a game it to limit what key you can use.

no TAB keys = bs. I can even remap the key.. the game still blocks it. I cant remap my mouse 5 button and no tab key = i don't even want to try to play. very aggravating.
autohotkey - doesn't work for battlefield 2 / tab key
razer mouse - button mapping doesn't work for battlefield 2

my tab key works fine.. and I've mapped my razors buttons fine after making sure I was using the right firmware.

I smell a user error. Should be able to map all and any key. the only thing I had trouble assigning keys to was my Seitek Cyborg Gold joy stick. Freaking throttle no worky.

one thing to note, tab will only work to show scores while you are alive I believe. This is default for most games

You are correct, tab only works if you are alive to show scores. I don't know if it can be remapped though.
Render time: 0.023 cpu sec (47.00% load, 0.016 startup). Clock: 0.05 sec (33% of that for queries)  Memory: 1.18MB/2.00MB
