Voting

Just wondering if FSK usually allows voting during a game. Last night there was a player who's name was something like "YourWhoreSister" CONSTANTLY calling a vote for new map or next map. Got voted down each time but this went on for the better part of two games and pretty much ruined em. I didn't stay around after that 2nd game, so I don't know how much longer it went on. Wish there was a B3 thing that would only allow a player so many vote calls and then they are kicked or temp banned.
