inadequate OS permission

I keep getting kicked by PB for inadequate OS permissions.
Anyone know what this means and how to fix it ?

Found the problem....
I recently changed O/S, from XP home to XP pro.
I had to set certain permissions in the O/S.
Render time: 0.022 cpu sec (56.00% load, 0.014 startup). Clock: 0.04 sec (39% of that for queries)  Memory: 1.18MB/2.00MB
