Official Bad Company 2 Forums.. UK better than US (only the forums duh)

Keep current or post your concerns and issues on the UK forums,
The US forums are not moderated nor updated by official staff.. nor are they visited by any of the DEVs or DICE at all..
Only the UK forums http://forums.electronicarts.co.uk/battlefield-bad-company-2-pc/ are pretty much official

The UK forums are moderated and the community manager + once of the DEV's working on the patches visits regularly.

Also another note, some of the immature UK 'children' dont like US posters.. just ignore them..they are usually called out as trolls from both UK and US visitors.
