Ok, it can be fun (or not), but when it's everytime, it's so much annoying.

Yeah, I'd say he needs a 3 day tempban for his many asshatty moves.
I've gotten some complaints about you, too, TwK. I think you could learn something here.

I think Steele should be warned next time an admin sees him that if he continues his poor sportsmanship he'll be looking at at least a 3 day ban. Seems reasonable, but let's try verbally warning him first.

I could be outta line. I think there have been other posts about Steele. Just asshat kind of stuff. I wasn't there. I noticed that momo muted him during that game. I guess everyone was a little sick of it.

If he is a Asshat then yea, i would warn and ban too if he is exhibiting ASShat behaviors. that is acceptable. But if a player just taunts another player, then i would consider just letting it be, TWK should grow some skin and suck it up. but that's just my opinion, Im not on the server anymore like you guys are. but really.. i just wanted an excuse to

I feel like I've temp-banned Steele a large number of times, all well before his taunting of TwK. His taunting TwK is just another 'notch' in his asshat belt. I'm sorry that I don't have a notepad ready of Steele's history, this is just what I recall. I or others might have made a "!notice" or two about his behavior. I don't think I can look up "!notice"s, though.

As for taunting...it doesn't matter as long as it doesn't interfere with game play. TWK is one of those players that hear footsteps so toss a nade. I don't know how many times he's got me coming up the stairs to red roof (sometimes with flag).
Some admins hve low tolerence for some things while others don't. I hate when a huge discussion breaks out about politics, religion, or music. After a while I ask for it to stop. Almost like a debate breaks out. The rest of the players are trying to do what the server was meant for...play the game. When you have 3 or 4 people on one team just typing, then the game goes to hell. Even if they type when dead, everyone else is reading the console. I know you can't tell people WHAT to talk about, but could you just make your point and continue playing?

What is the point of the !notice? I've used it before on people i thought were hacking so others could keep an eye out, but i have no idea how to look at notices. Is that just an upper level admin capability?

This command adds the note "takes my flag too often" to a database entry that upper admins can later reference.
It's a way to tie a note directly to a player. I think they're good for establishing what kind of player a certain player is. If multiple admins have made notices about a player saying that player tks, then the upper admins don't have to sift through the logs blindly.
