Hello again!

Hi all,

Today I was banned from the superman server again... TheBatMann decided for whatever reason to mute me, spam warnings about hacking and then kick me. If you search this very forum you'll see this has happened before. I guess I'm not banned (yet?) but this is getting old. I understand it's a privilege to play on the server and not a right but does that mean when a player with some skill is on, this is what he must endure? Are there any rules for the admins on this? I understand people do hack but my name was cleared before. Guess I'll have to wait for the demo and be judged again?

Anyway, I really enjoy playing on your server and hope this gets resolved soon. Thanks for listening.

Yes there are guidelines for admins and overall batmann and the rest do a great job. I've made mistakes as admin, as have many others. So thanks for your patience...for every one we get wrong, we ban 30. I think the ratio is fine and there are checks and balances in place.

No hard feelings :) It's just a little frustrating is all. Without the admins it would be a hack fest so I guess this is a necessary evil.

Then the beast will be satisfied and allow you to get head shots again.

Hey guys,

I tried to view the demos that were posted but it said they couldn't be opened. I could play the default ones though. Would this have anything to do with running the Linux client?

I think they might be named wrong. Just name them yatta1.dm_68 and yatta2.dm_68. Should work after that.

Its a bug in the linux client. Demo names need to be uppercase to work. eg YATTA1.dm_68 or YATTA2.dm_68
