-= Wanted to Give some Praise To The FSK405 Superman Admins =-

.:Points I have Observed:.
- Admins have not been competing or arguing amongst themselves - Or at least not in public.
- For the most part: Constructive direct conversations about the evidence at hand.
- Working together in game moderating the server.
- Focusing on gaming and not micro managing the server.
- I have had - 2 FSK405 members that quit playing Superman due to the politics, drama recently playing again stating. "It's been great to hop on Superman not having to admin. All the regular Superman Admins, are quick to take care of the issue before i knew there was one."

.:Other Comments:.
- We have had some tough times over the years, it really refreshing to see things falling into place. Thanks for the continued support. Some of you have stuck with my superman server prior to FSK, 6+ years.
- I Think we have a solid Admin team for us North American players. The gap was in the Euro time line. Over the past year we have had a handful of Euro and Australian players step up filling the gap. Think we have a good team.
