This prolly won't help you much, but the one person who I asked this same question of had this to say:
Generally, VERY happy with the phone and all its features with one exception: the keyboard is very difficult to use without fat fingering. It could benefit from raised and/or separated keys. He said that the touchscreen keyboard works amazingly well and he uses that exclusively.
