this economy is killing me.. :/
job is cutting hours and its getting harder and harder every month to make the bills.
Ive already been digging into my savings, if it doesn't pick up soon, ill just foreclose on my house, fuck it... :/
Not trying to send out a sob story to everyone, i know its happening to everyone.
hopefully things will pick up this year.... i hope.... :(

I feel ya man. My savings of 20K is down to 4k. Everybody is cutting back. I am renting, because I couldnt get approved for the loan I applied for. I was already living in the house at the time, and had to move out. Crazy world.

hey dolt, sometimes if you call your service providers phone, Internet, cable, cell phones, and ask about trying to cut back to a lower package or something, they may offer you a reduced rate for 4 to 6 months or so. I dont know if this could work for you, but its worth trying. I called up comcast one day and inquired about lowering my Internet performance to save money, and they took 20 a month off my bill for 6 months. it might not seem like a lot but like you said, it adds up. I did the same thing with our cell phones, asked about dropping features... kinda in a "wishy washy way, and they also reduced my bill by some percentage that equated to like 10 to 15 a month or so. its helps a little when you are in a pickle. and we all now are in a pickle... or pork sandwich. I also called up all my credit card companies and tried to get the APR lowered. I got 1 lowered out of 4, that's helps out allot also. ... i know i have too many credit cards.

I got "laid off" of my old job after A surgery that prevented me from working so now I have a part timer that makes me some beans and a potato or two every 2 weeks... being kicked out of my dad's house June 1st and my car just quit working. Goodbye cell phone, goodbye car (hello bike) and goodbye internet... thankfully I have a buddy who thinks he can help me out for a couple months with a cheap place to stay... so I will be looking for a job in another state.
