Superman Server and Ref's

It is not easy being a Ref on this server. Sure I have made mistakes and on occasion banned the wrong person by judgment or maybe even an incorrect key stroke.

But over all I have attempted to be fare and just. If the admins feel that I am not doing a good job I accept that. However, those of you that bitch and moan and complain. KISS MY ASS!

You expect order and a fare game. That I provide to the best of my ability. Playing and being ref is a thankless job.

Sure I move players to even the teams out. I also move players to balance a game out. WTF don't you understand when the score is 15 to 1? I take on as part of my job to balance fairness as well. If the admins thinks this is not right or fair then I will change my ways.

Asking teams to balance each team out is a pain in the ASS! Most times no one moves so I move them.

Whine, complain to the higher ups! I do what I feel is fair for all. Until I get the boot or told differently deal with it or you can become a ref and deal with it.

Not to worry whitedog. Now all you have to do is write in !teams and teams will autobalance.

!teams will work, but only if the balance is greater than 2. i've had it set to 1 on my server, but it makes it difficult for ppl to switch teams with someone else if they want.

for example, B3 will allow 10v8, but not 11v7. making the teams even with 10v8 will come down to the goodwill of the players, or the !force of a ref.

what shiela and mindriot are getting at. Is the Superman server is getting rid of the REF function all together and replacing it with (B3). you can learn more about B3 by reading the forums post here or reading your e-mail

because some guy in the server named jojo i think kept switching teams to join the winning team and throw them off...

well i kept switching him back to the red where he started at...

whitedog joins up, and saw the teams uneven and the retard jojo that kept switching..

i told him "jojo keeps making teams uneven"
