Perhaps you should make a case for yourself rather than just requesting.

well, im glad you showed your face and actually asked to be un-banned. But I cant believe you have the balls to do it.

Ok here’s the deal -

I have been personally paying for this server for about 5 years and am sick of all the crap that goes along with it (hackers / TK'rs and such) - Though im frustrated with the constant childish crap, I consider myself reasonable person and will allow you to present your case. Just like any case I will present my facts and will allow you to do the same. If you can convince me with your evidence that you should be unbanned or trusted I will relieve the ban…

-=My Case=- ( [UPSLR]UnamedPlayer –v- FSK Superman, for being bannened )

- The superman server has a “Log” file that tracks EVERY action on the server. Not only dose the log file track the players ip: but it also tracks EVERY SHOT, and ALL the CHAT.

- Most players that play on FSK’s servers join us on Team Speak (voice Comm application) where a player stated “there is a player impersonating FSK405 switching teams, and team killing”. At that time I looked at the players on the server via RCON Commander where I confirmed there was indeed a player impersonating FSK. At the time I acted swiftly and BANNED YOU.

- Though a Ban-able offence – “TK’n” it happens, and yes at times on purpose to get back at someone. Sure constant team killing will result in a ban, but Impersonating clans and team killing is worse than a hack. ((We as FSK405 takes pride in our clan and have implemented a process that takes along time to become a member. This ensure mature players that take pride in the team that want to be here.)) Impersonating other clan, switching teams, while team killing is uncalled for. I will continue to ban anyone that impersonates any team.


- If you can justify your actions there is a chance you might get unbanned. But you have a tough hill to climb. Please note: FSK405 is a active member of [UAA] a group of server admins that share ban lists. I will stay out of this one as I don't run that server, but my $.02 say TK'ing name stealer can go eff himself. I do however, want to hear his case; I give benefit of doubt....?
