Superman Ref pass

Hey, How do I go about getting a ref pass, I play practically everyday and despite popular belief can be very reasonable and fair. Is there a certain process, who's leg do I have to hump :)

there is just something about your name that might give some the wrong impression about you being a fair REF 8)
