Locking?

When I was on, the screen kept saying '.Locking' then a few minutes later, it reloaded the map, & cycled me out. so, umm,WTF? please explain why..
Render time: 0.018 cpu sec (61.00% load, 0.014 startup). Clock: 0.03 sec (35% of that for queries)  Memory: 1.19MB/2.00MB
