Suggestion for your server.

Now that 4.0 is here with the standalone, there is many more noobs playing. These noobs are not using autojoin.

I was wondering if you could make your server spectate and autojoin only?

Here is how incase you dont know.
Server admins can use g_teamForceBalance "1" to force ppl to keep the teams balanced. There is also g_maintainTeam "1" to keep players in their teams upon map changes. g_teamautojoin "0" simply forces you to join instead of spec'ing but doesn't make you keep the teams balanced.
