Is the asshat list kind of like a perm ban list ive your on it u will pe perminantly kicked out?

No, it is a system to deal with minor asshattery (minor compared to hacking), such as team imbalancing, general asshattery etc etc. If someone is persistently misbehaving on a regular basis one of the admins will request they are put on it. The asshat must be warned they will be added and that they will receive a tempban. How long that tempban is is up to mindriot, but typically it might go:
1st offense - added and tempbanned for 1 day (sometimes just added if they need keeping an eye on)
2nd offense - tempbanned for a week (iirc, it used to be 2 days but think it is upped to a week in most cases now)
3rd - one month
4th - permanent

of course it is all dependant on the person in question - mindriot, at his discretion, may dole out a lesser or greater tempban.

thankfully it seems to be working to *some* degree - for example i havent seen any asshattery out of creep / johndavid for quite some time.

/edit just realised mindriots table actually states: 1 day, 3 day, 1 week, 3 week, permanent, but as i said, it is at his discretion

also note the difference between the asshat list and the hacker list - ofc all hackers are permabanned and added to UAA

For what it's worth (not a lot) I watched it two or three times, first time with shownormals. I was suspicious but not deeply so until the "penultimate scene" on blue base....he does seem to have his predictions pretty much down at that point - but I was watching with no sound.

I caught Kefir at it again today. Two demos, both quite long, sorry, but there are one or two moments that just cannot be explained other than wallhack.
